Get your team together for a day of challenges, live music, food and family entertainment at Plett Games 2026.
Plett Games comes to Greenwood Bay College in Plettenberg Bay on Saturday, 17 October 2026, bringing together friends, families, businesses and community groups for an energetic day of friendly competition.
You don't need to be particularly sporty to take part. The event combines physical activities with puzzles, coordination, memory and light-hearted challenges, making it accessible to different ages and abilities.
Take on the Plett Games Challenge Circuit
Participants can enter individually or put together a team of three to five people and work their way through a circuit of 12 challenges.
Activities include a paper plane challenge, gumboot throw, rescue challenge, golf chipping, memory challenge, tower challenge, bucket challenge, bowling, slow cycling, communal art,
puzzle racing and a balancing challenge.
Each team member needs to complete at least two of the challenges, giving everyone an opportunity to get involved.
There will also be prizes, giveaways and Plett Games medals for leading competitors and teams.
More Than the Competition
You don't have to compete to enjoy the day.
The festival programme includes live music from the Bitou River Band, alongside a beer garden by Barrington's, wood-fired sourdough pizza from Satto, a tea garden, children's play areas and additional games and activities.
Spectators are welcome, making Plett Games an option for families and groups looking for something different to do in Plettenberg Bay over the weekend.
