Eligible new businesses can currently start with a three-month Standard Business listing trial.
Once your submission has been reviewed and approved, your eligible Standard listing goes live and your three-month trial begins.
There is no automatic card charge at the end of the trial. To continue, pay the invoice for the billing option you select in the form. Your invoice is issued seven days before trial expiry and is due when the trial ends. If payment is not verified by then, your listing is unpublished.
Standard Business: R79/month after the trial on monthly billing. Six-month and annual billing options are also available.
The trial is available once per customer, subject to our eligibility review. Returning after expiry does not qualify for another free trial.

How It Works
- Submit your details. Complete the form with accurate business information and select your preferred listing option and billing period.
- We review your submission. Submitting the form creates a submission for review, not a published listing.
- Your listing is approved. Eligible Standard trial listings go live when the trial begins. Paid listings follow the applicable invoice and payment verification process before activation.
- Keep your information current. Once your listing is active, let us know when important business information changes.
- Continue after your trial. Your invoice is issued seven days before the trial ends, using your selected billing option. Payment must be verified by trial expiry to keep your listing active. Contact us before payment if you would like to discuss another available plan.
Before You Submit
Having the following information ready will make your submission easier:
- Business name and a clear description of what you offer
- Relevant business category
- Physical address or service area, where applicable
- Phone number and email address
- Website and social media links, if available
- Business hours, where relevant
- A good-quality logo and suitable business images
- Your preferred listing option and billing period
Please provide information you are authorised to publish.
Business description: Tell us clearly what your business does, the products or services you provide and the areas you serve. Please avoid excessive capital letters, promotional claims and information that may quickly become outdated.
Images: Upload clear, good-quality images that represent your business and that you own or have permission for BitouScape to use with your listing. Use a clear copy of your current business logo within the form’s upload limits.
Category and location: Choose the closest suitable available category and describe the areas you serve in your business description. If your category is missing, contact us for assistance.

- Featured Business — R199/month.

Is my business published as soon as I submit the form?
No. All business submissions are reviewed before publication. We will contact you if additional information or another step is required.
How does the three-month free trial work?
Eligible new Standard Business listings currently receive a three-month trial. Your listing goes live when it is approved and the trial begins. The offer is available once per customer, subject to eligibility review and the launch offer terms.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your invoice is issued seven days before trial expiry and is due when the trial ends, using your selected billing option. Standard Business costs R79 per month on monthly billing. If payment is not verified by trial expiry, your listing is unpublished. Contact us before payment to discuss a different available plan.
Will I be charged automatically?
No payment card is automatically charged at the end of the Standard trial. To continue, follow the payment instructions on your invoice.
Does BitouScape guarantee enquiries or sales?
No. A listing provides the features and placements included with your selected option, but BitouScape cannot guarantee enquiries, sales, search rankings or other commercial results.
Can BitouScape reject a listing?
Yes. Submissions are subject to review and the applicable listing terms. Submission does not guarantee publication.
