At Bitouscape, we are committed to providing quality services and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their advertising experience. If an ad you have purchased does not meet the approval criteria, we will process a full refund based on the payment method used. Please carefully review the following refund details:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued if the advertisement you have purchased is not approved according to our ad approval guidelines.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date to be eligible for processing.
Refund Process by Payment Method
- Bank Deposit Refunds:
- Refunds via bank deposit may take 2–3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Credit Card Refunds:
- Refunds to your credit card may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
- The time required for the refund depends on your bank’s payment processing times.
- Online Payment Reversals (Capitec):
- If you made an online payment through Capitec, you can request a payment reversal by calling Capitec at 0860102043 directly.
- The reversal process is subject to Capitec’s policies and timelines.
- EFT Payments:
- EFT refunds can experience delays of up to 30 minutes due to inter-banking clearance delays and other banking processes.
